Despite all of the informational resources at the Conshohocken Historical Society, there is still some data which we would like to add to our archives, and for that data we come to you.

You can help CHS in the following ways:

  • Share old photos you have of Conshohocken’s early days. Please email scanned photos with descriptions to or mail them to us and we will scan them and return them to you.

Our Mailing Address is:
Conshohocken Historical Society
Mary Wood Park House
120 East Fifth Avenue
Conshohocken, PA 19428

  • If you have a special memory or story about Conshohocken and you are willing to write and share, by all means, do so! Send your content to the CHS email address and include your name and current city of residence. Please note that, if necessary, our web coordinator may edit your submission without editing your content prior to posting on the website.

  • Please let us know if you have any unique Conshohocken memorabilia or artifacts you would like to donate to the historical society in your or a family member’s name.

  • Let us know if you are willing to volunteer to help us with the many organizational and research projects we are currently working on.

  • The Conshohocken Recorder was the local Conshohocken Newspaper from the middle of the 19th century until the latter part of the 20th century.  The Conshohocken Free Library has a publicly available searchable repository of this newspaper starting from 1882 until 1954.  Please feel free to use this repository.  Forward any information that you discover and that you think may add to our understanding of the history of Conshohocken to the Conshohocken Historical Society.

Access to this repository is via the following:

                 2) Local Newspapers
                 3) Conshohocken Free Library – The Recorder Newspaper
                 The Conshohocken Recorder, April 1, 1882 - September 9, 1954.
