This plaque is located in Noveant sur Moselle a town, in northeastern France along the Moselle River, and dedicates a pathway along this river to Stephen W. Jaworski one of two soldiers to die in Noveant sur Moselle during World War II. Stephen is buried at the American Military Cemetery in Hamm, Luxembourg. His story is documented in a book "Just Another Good Soldier" authored by Stephen's niece Dorothy L. Jaworski. .
